How long have you been in business?
Bizar Entertainment was established as an Illinois Corporation On January 1, 1992. However, Jeff Bizar has been in the event entertainment industry since 1986.

Can we come see you perform?
It is the policy of Bizar Entertainment to devote 100 percent of our attention, energy and service to each of our clients on their special day. While you might not mind the observations of future clients at your event, some of our other clients might find this practice at their parties objectionable. Therefore, it is our policy not to invite potential clients to parties.

You can, however, come to our dance practices held every Wednesday night around 6:30pm (during the Mitzvah season) and meet our Emcee's, DJ's and Dancers. Join in the fun, or sit back and watch. Please call ahead of time to let us know you will be joining us.

Can I see a demo video?
Yes! When a client is interested, we send them information, as well as an Interactive CD-ROM about our company. On it, there is all your favorite Emcees and dancers doing their thing.

Do you hold dates?
We have a first come/first serve policy. The only way to hold a date is by booking it. We will send you a contract and give you two weeks to sign and return it with your deposit. This two-week period will allow time for an appointment with your emcee.

Can we customize a package to fit our needs?
Yes! Bizar Entertainment customizes services to fit each client's personal needs. Just tell us what you would like to add to our basic package and we will adjust our pricing accordingly. If you know what you would like to add to your contract, you can do that now and lock in your pricing. Otherwise, during your pre-party meeting two months prior to your event, you can decide to make new additions to our service package based on what you need and want.

We wanted a band but our child wanted a D.J. Do you involve the adults?
After you have been a guest at a party entertained by the BEST - or had the opportunity to view our Interactive CD-ROM, your qualms will be allayed about the appeal of a DJ for mature guests. Your adults are always involved in our dancing activities except while they are eating.

Additionally, however, we do offer Chicago's premier Band/DJ combination! We commonly work with top bands in the Chicagoland area and can recommend fantastic bands if you need us to.

Will you monitor the volume level closely?
One of the biggest differences between our competition and us is that we constantly pay attention to the sound level at your party. During the service of you meal, the volume is conducive to pleasant table chatter. During dancing, the volume is turned up because bodies on the dance floor absorb sound. Consequently, our sound level is always appropriate. We promise a party filled with wonderful music - not irritating noise.

What is your policy if we have to cancel?
It is always unfortunate when a scheduled celebration must be cancelled or postponed. Your deposit is non-refundable. If you notify us about a cancellation before six months prior to your date, the remaining balance will no longer be due. If you cancel less than six months prior, the full balance is due.
